Once a booking request has been filled out on the CMT website and an estimate has been submitted for approval, we'll check talent availability that fits your specific needs. We will upload available talent profiles to your online dashboard for you to review and then accept or reject.
We recommend 3-8 weeks in advance. If an event is booked too late, chances are many of the talent are no longer available. We can book a last minute event with no problem, but note that there will be a $50 rush fee added to the estimate for any booking requests received 7 days or less from the event date.
By all means if you prefer to call us then we would love to speak with you. We ask clients to create a profile by clicking the login button on our home page and submit their request online so we immediately have all the details of the event such as location, times and wardrobe. Once CMT has this information we can begin checking availability of the talent once the estimate has been signed off on by the client. This process eliminates the margin of error by having the agent input details that may have been missed during a verbal conversation.
The answer is Yes, Yes, Yes. CMT Agency is a global staffing agency and we can assist you in any city around the world. No need to deal with an agency that you have difficulties understanding the language or currency conversions. CMT will handle everything and bill you in US dollars. No problem!
We have met many of our talent/models in person and for those we haven't met we generally request recent non-professional photos to ensure that they look like their professional photos. We also encourage clients to listen to our recommendations in terms of which models will perform best, and we certainly welcome phone interviews when requested. There will not be an additional charge for the phone interview as long as they are less than 15 minutes in length. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your talent then communicate this to your agent and there will be a replacement provided as soon as possible.
