Shelly Justice
President/CEO
Shelly Justice has an entrepreneurial spirit that has propelled several companies to financial success. She's a seasoned spokesperson with 20 years of experience working for a diverse group of industries and clients. While working in Italy, Shelly created the concept for CMT. Recognizing how business and tradeshow markets were evolving, she identified the need for spokesmodels and professional talent that could quickly grasp and deliver powerful client messages.
In 2001, she launched Convention Models & Talent, Inc. Today CMT is a global organization that provides event staffing, specialty talent and corporate representation for major brands, such as Anheuser-Busch, Merck, P & G, Spanx, T-Mobile and Toyota. The company is headquartered in midtown Atlanta.
Justice is currently a member of Women's Business Certified Council ( WBENC) and her dedication to CMT clients and employees has resulted in numerous awards and recognition, including:

Contributing time and money, Shelly is an active member of Atlanta's philanthropic community. She served as the Co-Chair of The Many Lives You've Touched Program, which benefits the Georgia Transplant Foundation, The Annie Oakley Shooters that has an annual fundraiser for the TPL, Hands on Atlanta, and currently volunterring for her third year as a committee member for the American Cancer Society's "Tee it up fore life" golf tournament and "Par-tee fore life" fundraiser .
In addition to charitable work, Justice also enjoys golf, fly fishing and shooting sporting clays. She's a graduate of the University of Georgia and resides in Sandy Springs with her husband Mike Kohlsdorf. They are also active members of the Capital City club and Burge Plantation.
