Convention Models & Talent, Inc. (CMT Agency) acquires mid-town Atlanta office building to accommodate growth
Atlanta, GA (September 6, 2007) - Convention Models and Talent, Inc. (CMT) a leading international model, talent and event staffing agency announces that its founder, President and CEO, Shelly Justice, has acquired a mid-town Atlanta office building.
"The acquisition of this building is a strong indicator of the confidence that I have in our growth plans at CMT" said Shelly Justice, President and CEO of CMT. "We had a record year ending December 31, 2006 and are on track to significantly exceed last year's performance for fiscal year 2007 ending December 31, 2007".
The building is located in the heart of mid-town Atlanta on Dutch Valley Place and will be more than 50% occupied by CMT. This acquisition will position CMT for continued growth and accommodate space requirements well into the future.
