Shelly Justice - President/CEO, CMT Agency

Shelly has been in the talent and business arena for more than 15 years. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Shelly began reinventing business early on, launching and operating successful businesses such as a Mystery Shopping company and "Yum-Yum's Tasty Treats," a Pink Ice Cream truck that was not only a wild success with the kids, but a huge financial success as well.
Shelly is a seasoned veteran spokesperson with over 15 years of experience working for a diverse group of industries and clients such as Samsung, Siemens, Olympus, Nokia, Sanyo, Canon, and Nike. While working in Italy for five years, Shelly began observing the changing needs of the business and tradeshow environments, both domestically and internationally, realizing there was a growing need for well-rounded talent that are quick on their feet and could deliver powerful messages for clients. With increasing competition in virtually all industries the need for companies to uniquely differentiate their products and services has accelerated. This environment has created a strong demand for companies to extend their sales and marketing efforts through talent agencies. As a result, Shelly co-founded CMT Agency in 2001.
Shelly performs as Co-Chair of "The Many Lives You've Touched" program, which benefits the Georgia Transplant Foundation, and an active volunteer for "Hands on Atlanta," a community based program that meets critical needs of children and adults through civic engagement and volunteer service.
Shelly is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Communications.
